Maryann Melendrez

Maryann Melendrez is pursuing a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Kansas. Maryann works at the BioCenter, focusing on analytical techniques such as UPLC, DSC, TGA, etc., as well as future PK rodent studies. Previously, she has conducted research for two years at the Berkland Lab, working on HA-Collagen-Fibronectin gel synthesis, protein purification, and peptide click chemistry applied to Type 1 Diabetes.
