Biography

Sydney Houser graduated with a B.S. with a dual major in Biology and Psychology-Neuroscience and a minor in Biochemistry. During undergraduate, Sydney worked in a behavioral neuropharmacology lab which focused on bridging substance use with the experimental analysis of behavior in rodent models. Since starting at the BIO Center in August of 2023, she has begun working on thermal analysis and helping coordinate/execute PK/MTD rodent studies. She plans on pursuing her PhD in Neuroscience, ideally with a focus in neuropharmaceutics.
